How Does Shipping Work?
Shipping:
Cost an additional $250.00, through the airlines. This includes: Shipping, Health Certificate, and Shipping Tote.

We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Paypal, Visa, and Master Card.
There is a $100.00 deposit required to hold an exotic animal for you. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless for some reason we don't have an animal available for purchase. Please call us @: (507)789-0100 to place an order (or) for more information. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PURCHASE AN ANIMAL FROM "AWESOME EXOTICS."

So, i am putting together a scape book to share with other costumers. It would be great if i could get anyone that has done business with us, to send a short letter or email saying how you liked our business, facility, animal (ect....) and a picture of you and your animal you purchased from us. Updates and recent pictures would be great to add too. Thanks!

FAQ'S / ANSWERS
1.) How do you ship?
ANSWER: We ship through Northwest Airlines or Continental Airlines.
2.) How much is shipping?
ANSWER: Shipping cost an additional $ 250.00 (for our spring babies). This includes: shipping, health cert., and shipping tote.
3.) Will my animal be ok or get stressed while being shipped to me?
ANSWER: Yes, your animal will be ok while being shipped to you. We have never had a problem with any animals being shipped to their new homes. The airlines seem to take good care of the animals. If we had any concerns about our animals being shipped....we would not ship at all. If the animal is being shipped or picked up....it is getting transported and can get stressed either way. The animals do just fine while being shipped.
4.) Can i pick up my animal?
ANSWER: Yes, you can pick up your animal on our farm.
5.) Is it legal/illegal to own this exotic animal in my state?
ANSWER: Every state has there own rules and regulations. To find out this information, you will need to contact your Fish and Wildlife Department or Department of National Resources.
6.) Is the animal going to get aggressive when he/she gets older?
ANSWER: Yes, they can....but any animal can. Every animal have there own personalities. This sometimes can happen when the animal reaches maturity during mating season or if they have babies to protect. Usually after mating season is over, they become tame again. If the animal is going to be keep as a pet....we highly reccommend have the animal spayed/neutered before he/she reaches maturity. By having this procedure done, helps keep your animal tame. Before you have this procedure done....be sure that you are going to have this animal thoughout its life. It is very hard to sell or give away an adult animal that has been fixed.
7.) Can i have my veterinarian spayed/neuter my new animal?
ANSWER: You will need to talk to your veterinarian first. Not all veterianians will do this procedure. It would be a wise idea to find a good veterinarian before purchasing any exotic animal.
8.) How do i care for this animal?
ANSWER: First of all....you should do lots of research on the animal before purchasing any exotic animal. Then you will know what to expect and can give proper care for the animal. All our bottle babies come with a care sheet, bottle, formula (to get you started), and a stuffed animal (to keep the baby company). We also give some basic info. about the animal on our site....but you still should look for more. You can start by searching the internet or join an exotic animal egroup where they talk about their own experiences with exotic animals.
9.) Do you guarantee your animals, if so how long?
ANSWER: Yes, there is a 48 hr. guarantee on our animals, prior to picking up the animal from the airport.
10.) What's this purchase agreement mean and do i need to sign it?
ANSWER: Yes, you will need to sign our purchase agreement before we can sell you any exotic animal. This way we know that you understand and except the way we do business.
11.) How can i get this purchase agreemet?
ANSWER: We can email it to you (or) you can print it off our website. You will need to copy it off and sent it back to us with your deposit/payment (or) you can fax it to us.
12.) With this animal get along with my other animal?
ANSWER: If you get the animal when it's a baby, it will get along with your animal. All our bottle babies here are around dogs, so they are used to dogs before you even get him/her. The question is....will your animal like the new baby? It would be a wise idea to supervise the animals while they are together.
13.) Will this animal make a good pet for my children?
ANSWER: We don't reccommend exotic animals as a child's pet. We have 2 children and they are around our exotics all the time with supervision. We have certain rules and boundries here on our farm. Our children are older (11 & 14 yrs. old) so, they understand our rules very well and obey them.
14.) Can i come and see your animals?
ANSWER: No. We are not a zoo. We are a private licensed breeding facility and NOT open to the public. So, please DO NOT call and ask!
15.) If i have a deposit down on an animal, can the price of my animal be changed?
ANSWER: No. If you have a deposit down on an animal, you will be automatically locked in at that set price.
16.) Can you hold an animal for me?
ANSWER: Yes, but you will need to put $100.00 (NON REFUNDABLE (ALL CATS REQUIRES $500.00 DEPOSITS) deposit down on the animal(s) you wish to purchase.
17.) If I decide I don't want to purchase the animal I have a deposit on, can I get my deposit deposit back?
ANSWER: No, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. The purpose of a deposit is to commit to puchase an animal(s) . They only way Awesome Exotic's can refund any deposits are if the animal(s) is not available for purchase.
